1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, and using the St. Helena Memorial Garden Cemetery Memorial App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. PURPOSE OF THE APP

The App is designed to allow visitors and family members to:

• Scan QR codes placed at cemetery grave sites.
• View memorial information about deceased persons.
• Access photos and videos uploaded by family members.
• Honor and preserve the legacy of the deceased.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

• The App is available to all users without age restrictions.
• No account creation or login is required to use the App.
• Users must be respectful of the cemetery and its visitors.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

• Vandalize, damage, or disrespect grave sites or cemetery property.
• Collect or misuse personal information of deceased persons or family members.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security.
• Upload or share inappropriate content.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS

• Deceased Information: All information about deceased persons is provided by family members or cemetery records.
• User-Uploaded Content: Family members retain ownership of photos and videos they upload. By uploading content, family members grant the Cemetery permission to display it in the App.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Cemetery is not liable for errors, technical issues, or damages resulting from your use of the App.
